That means they have the expertise to produce top athletes and help you reach your true potential no matter what your goals are. Whether you’re a performance athlete or simply want to use science based professional training to reach your fitness goals, you’ll thrive in our respectful and motivating environment. Here’s how it works:

  1. Assessment: An NSCA-certified strength coach meets with you to assess your strengths and weakness and understand your fitness or performance goals. 
  2. Science-Based Program: From the results of your assessment, your coach designs an individualized program based on proven scientific training methods .
  3. Orientation: Your coach takes you through an athletic orientation to make sure you know how to execute your program properly. 
  4. Schedule: Together you’ll work out a schedule that’s convenient for you and keeps you accountable and motivated.
  5. Testing: Your coach will test your progress and address any imbalances or obstacles to ensure you develop your true athletic potential. 
  6. Additional Services: When you purchase Personal Training sessions you will also have access to our Fitness Classes and Open Gym time. *some conditions apply
