The start of athletic development for youth 6-8yrs old is fundamentals. If you build a solid foundation an athlete will have the ability to reach their true potential. We focus on “long term athletic development” (LTAD) to make sure these young athletes can enjoy their sport for years.
A development class for young athletes and kids looking to improve their athletic performance and fitness. This class is geared towards building on fundamentals, coordination, speed, agility and general conditioning for youth 9-12yrs old. Regardless of goals or current fitness level, this is a great class to set a proper foundation for a long term athletic and fitness development.
A youth athletic training class (13-17yrs) is great for competitive athletes. This is a critical time in a young athletes development and our classes are focused on giving that competitive edge. Speed, power, explosiveness, conditioning, first step reaction, all key areas the help the athlete stand out and get the most out of their performance.
Mobility and Flexibility is a thing that is often neglected but is vital to move properly and prevent injury. Spend 45 minutes stretching out and mobilizing your body and you will feel the benefits both within your exercise routine and in everyday life.
While kickboxing classes are rigorous and often challenging, we gear our classes to all age groups and skill sets. Our classes are non-contact so you get all the benefits of being a fighter – without the bruises.
