Early bird pricing for Spring and Off-Season Pre ends March 15th, and March 31st for our summer Off-Season programs.
These programs are broken down into phases that ramp up throughout the spring & summer to have the athlete’s peaking for camp and performing optimally on the ice for the 2019-20 season:
Spring – General physical preparation. Recovery from in-season, focus on mechanics and corrective exercises, and development of aerobic base.
Off-season Prep – Ramp up for the higher intensity of the off-season and apply techniques and movements from the previous phase.
Summer High-Performance Program
Phase 1- Aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, low-intensity strength training
Phase 2- High volume strength training, SAQ mechanics/skill acquisition and training
Phase 3- High-intensity strength/power protocol, speed and explosiveness
Phase 4- Peaking in power/strength/speed and sport-specific energy system development
Our high-Performance Summer Programs offer:
These programs are focused on developing athletic ability by mastering fundamental movements. At this age, athletes will benefit the most from a training program that will include coordination, balance & stability, technical speed & agility work, and an introduction to light strength training. We use the latest technology, training methods, and experience to maximize the results of these young athletes while taking a long term athletic approach to development.
Our summer development program offers:
