At Proedge, we believe fitness is for everyone. That’s why we’ve created The Proedge Clubs, a series of classes designed to suit different age groups, interests, and fitness levels. Whether you're just starting or looking to level up, there’s a club for you!

Each club offers a focused, community-driven environment with expert trainers who will guide you through strength-building and fitness goals.

Our current clubs

THE LITTLE LIFTERS & Teen LIFTERS CLUB

STRENGTH TRAINING FOR KIDS & TEENS
Bring your young athletes to discover the joys of strength training in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Little Lifters (ages 6–11) and Teen Lifters (ages 12–14) run side-by-side — each with programming tailored to their age group and ability.

Saturdays at 12:00 PM

Little & Teen Lifters run in 6-week sessions, followed by a 2-week break between rounds.

THE Leg Day CLUB

LOWER BODY TRAINING FOR ALL LEVELS
Designed for anyone who refuses to skip leg day and wants to build serious lower body strength in a focused, high-energy group setting.

Fridays at 5:30 PM

THE BREAKFAST CLUB

EARLY MORNING GROUP TRAINING FOR ALL LEVELS
Start strong. Wake up your body and mind with a morning workout that fuels your day and keeps you moving forward.

Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00 AM
