women’s 50+ group training
Looking to build strength, stay active, and feel great after 50?
This 7-week group fitness program is designed specifically for women over 50 who want to get into strength training in a safe, supportive, and fun way. You'll improve core stability, balance, pelvic floor strengthening and functional strength using dumbbells, resistance bands, barbells, and bodyweight exercises plus some heart-healthy conditioning to boost energy and endurance.
